The Colours of Fall

Fall at home, comes in september and stays bright until thanksgiving weeken. Here in Inuvik, we just made it into town to see the lush greens turn into searing reds and oranges. And then they were gone. Willie and I made it out for some fall pictures before the 4 days of fall were gone. That is all it lasted round here, 4 days- that was fall- and that was my favourite season gone!

The picture here is bootlake. This lake is just off Mackenzie road, the main road of Inuvik. A beautiful walk and a great view of all the beautiful vibrant colours.
