Out on the Frozen River

Just being in a Vehicle out on the Land of the North was amazing. We chatted about life, the hospital and all the usual things in life girls talk about. Then there were points of silence that we just starred out the window enjoying the winter days in the North. Even though we had no sun, the colour of the sky and the clearness of the day was once again breath-taking.



We made many stops along the way. A girl who loves pictures and blogging has got to get all the pictures. I just want to capture it all. We saw a fox along the way trying to get after some ptarmigans, a medium-sized, stocky, round-winged, chicken-like bird. They were cute. The picture didn't turn out that great, but you get the picture!
