Thursday was another day at sea with no stops. We were not even close to shore at all, not seeing anything for hours. And the worst part of it all was it was colder and rainy all day. We walked the deck a little in the AM, and by the afternoon we were hitting massive waves. Walking on the deck got complicated as at one point you felt like your feet were not on the ground and at the next it felt like you were being pushed down and couldn't stand straight up. That night was the second formal night... we didn't make it along with 1/2 the rest of the people on the deck. A little to up and down for us, and the fear of having our upset stomachs all over kept us in our room for the night... Movie night it turned into! The next day we found out other people we hung out with on the ship didn't make it out, the show was canceled, and many people on the ship were walking around holding garbage cans.
Today was the only day that we didn't spend that much time outside on the deck. We people watched, played cards and wandered around! But we survived! And all was well!! Onto the next day well rested and ready to venture!
